Jeffrey Holtzman

Jeffrey M. Holtzman is Washington native and the third generation of the Holtzman family in the insurance business. Jeffrey's grandfather, Max Holtzman, founded Max Holtzman Inc. over 60 years ago. His father Stephen and his uncle Alan expanded Max's insurance business into a very successful operation that traded as Insurance One, which was ultimately sold. In 2007, Jeffrey created the Holtzman Group and is proud to be able to continue his family's legacy of offering state of the art insurance advice and services to the greater Washington community.

Jeffrey has partnered with Greenberg, Wexler & Eig, LLC to offer employee benefits, personal life insurance planning, corporate life insurance planning and wealth transfer planning for his clients. Jeffrey is also partnered with Associated Insurance Management (AIM) to offer personal and commercial property and casualty insurance.

Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his MBA from The George Washington University, specializing in finance and real estate. Before starting the Holtzman Group, Jeffrey spent four years as a multi-family loan producer at Freddie Mac where he was responsible for financing over $500 million in loans annually.

Jeff is an avid sports fan and is a season ticket holder for the Washington Redskins and the Washington Capitals. In his spare time, Jeff plays golf and hockey. He and his wife, Stephanie Kantor Holtzman, live in Rockville.
